Minutes of LARKS November 2010 meeting
The regular LARKS business meeting was held Nov 14, 2010. Meeting was called to order by President Ernie Nettles who led in the Pledge Of Allegiance.
Minutes of last meeting
Motion was made by Jaque Picou to accept last month’s minutes, motion seconded by Mike Young.
Treasurers Report
Report given by Treasurer Mike Rowe, Jim Martin made motion to accept report, motion seconded by Jaque Picou.
Coke Report
Coke report given by Greg Nettles. Ernie Nettles informed members that new coke machine would be leased and that coke as well as snack prices would increase to $.75 as of January 1, 2011. Lynn Hynch volunteered to assume coke/snack responsibilities as of January 1, 2011.

Old Business
May Day event- Bo Hynch has paid the $20 sanction fee and has approved dates of April 29, 30 and May 1, 2011. May Day committee to inform club of help they need for the event at the January meeting. Bo is to set up account for on-line pre-registration/pre-payment. Free t-shirts are to be offered for early registration. Lynn Hynch to sketch flyer for event. Bo Hynch expressed need for safety barriers at flightline, Mike Young volunteered to take care of safety items. Lynn Hynch volunteered to organize raffle for $1000 gift certificate to Gator Guns to benefit May Day Event.
Christmas Party to be at Pappy’s Catfish Cabin December 9 at 6 pm, door prizes are to be given away.
New Business
Elected officers are as follows: President, Ernie Nettles; vice president, Greg Nettles; Treasurer, Mike Rowe; Secretary, Kyle Moore; Member at Large, Jim Martin. Past President is Mike Young.
Mike Rowe volunteered to organize an electric only fun fly for April 2, 2011. Greg Nettles made motion to have fly-in, Eddie Batchelor seconded, all in favor.
Grass Mowing- as of Jan 1 Greg Nettles will no longer be able to mow our field, bids for lawn service are welcome.
Mike Rowe made motion to accept "secrete for now" as a LARKS lifetime member, Eddie Batchelor seconded, motion passed with no opposition.
Logs will be kept on workdays and events in order to keep records of working members.
Lights and Heater were found left on in the clubhouse, we need to all be mindful to make sure lights, heater/ac is off and clubhouse door is locked when we leave.
