The regular Larks business meeting was held  Feb 8th, 2009.  The meeting was called to order by President Mike Young who then lead in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mike Rowe gave the treasurers report of the club for January.  Ernie Nettles made a motion to accept the    treasurers report as read. Jim Martin seconded the motion and it passed.

            The reading of the minutes of the January meeting were waived.

Steve Wier of Westlake  was visiting for his first time. A motion was made to waive the 2^nd meeting requirement for application to join LARKS. The motion passed and Steve was voted in as a new member.

Mike Young reminded everyone that we need to begin preparations now for the upcoming event. We need to contact people for donations and begin advertising the event.

 No maintenance was discussed.

The coke machine is malfunctioning again. Going to try to get coke to come work on it.  

Mike Young talked about getting a “club” flag designed to fly on the poles.

Ernie Nettles asked the club about placing rails along the east fence to sell advertising banner space.
