Minutes of Larks August 2010 Meeting
The regular Larks business meeting was held Aug 8th 2010. The meeting was called to order by President Ernie Nettles who then lead in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Glen Hinch 1st visit Kyle Moore made a motion to waive the two meeting rule, and it was seconded by Mike Rowe With thsat they were voted in as new members of Larks.
Minutes of Meeting
The minutes from the previous meeting were misplaced and a motion was made and passed to accept the lost minutes as if they were read.
Treasurers Report
The July 2010 treasurers report was given. Greg Nettles nade a motion to accept the treasurers report. Kyle Moore seconded the motion and it passed.
