Minutes of Larks November 2009 Meeting

The regular Larks business meeting was held Nov 15th, 2009. The meeting was called to order by President Mike Young who then lead in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes of Meeting

A motion was passed to accept the notes taken by ernie Nettles for the October minutes.

Treasurers Report

The Oct 2009 treasurers report showe a positive cash flow for the month . FallFest was very successful. George Miller made a motion to accept the treasurers report. Ernie Nettles seconded the motion and it passed.

Coke Report

Greg Nettles turned in monsey made by the coke and candy fund.

Events

Mike Rowe asked the club to verify dates for our 2010 events ASAP.

Club Maintenance

Waiting on the ground to dry up enough to do some repair work.

Safety Report

One person at FallFest did not register and crashed his heli.

Jerry Cox notified the club that a flyer with a Futaba , after flying his foamy, went out to fly his glow plane and when throttled up to start his glow plane – the foamy in the pits powered up. Apparently he had inadvertently left it plugged in. SO make sure all aircraft are disabled at all times.

Mike Rowe talked about the recent vandalism and the steps being taken to correct the problem.

Election of Officers :

Jim Martin did the Election Committee work this year giving Sonny Stokeld a break this year. The new Officers were voted in as listed below and will be inducted next month at the Christmas Party.
